Biscuits and milk filling cake

The boiling heat is killing me lately, so I cannot spent to much time in the kitchen but the sweet teeth is pushing me to prepare something and for this Biscuits and milk filling cake only the filling need a little bit of time neat the stove so is perfect for me today, I hope for you too!
For the moment the video has English subtitle but soon I will do an English version of it!







Ingredients


250-300 gr biscuits/crackers
1 liter milk
200 gr wheat semolina
200 gr sugar
200 gr butter
1.5 tablespoon cocoa powder
vanilla extract

Directions
  • in a sauce pan add the milk, sugar and wheat semolina to boil on the stove on low heat
  • mix with the whisk until thickens and add the butter
  • split the filling in two equal 
  • in a tray (21x26 cm) add a layer of crackers the cocoa filling, another layer of biscuits, the vanilla filling and on top biscuits
  • let it cool at room temperature then keep in the refrigerator for a few hours until biscuits softens and the filling thickens
Very easy to prepare this dessert and very very tasty.
