Ingredients
250-300 gr biscuits/crackers
1 liter milk
200 gr wheat semolina
200 gr sugar
200 gr butter
1.5 tablespoon cocoa powder
vanilla extract
Directions
- in a sauce pan add the milk, sugar and wheat semolina to boil on the stove on low heat
- mix with the whisk until thickens and add the butter
- split the filling in two equal
- in a tray (21x26 cm) add a layer of crackers the cocoa filling, another layer of biscuits, the vanilla filling and on top biscuits
- let it cool at room temperature then keep in the refrigerator for a few hours until biscuits softens and the filling thickens
Very easy to prepare this dessert and very very tasty.
