Hot chocolate

It is too hot today in Romania, but this cannot keep me away from a delicious hot chocolate and you know it is recommended to have hot drinks in the summer....I don't know exactly the reason but do I need one to have a cup of this deliciousness?! I think not :))

Ingredients - 4 servings

• 400 ml milk
• 150 gr cream + 50 gr whipped cream for topping
• 200 gr dark chocolate, good quality one
• 2-3 tbsp sugar
• pinch of salt
• rum extract

Directions
In a saucepan add the milk, cream, sugar and a pinch of salt, warm up this mixture until bubbles on the side, do not boil, add the chocolate, break it in pieces, mix , add the rum extract and the chocolate is ready to serve....it has to be hot and with whipped cream on top is amazing!!!
