Fold the flour mixed with baking powder, with ample movements, without stirring too much.
Let the batter aside.
The colored part of the biscuit is made easy as well. Mix the dry ingredients first, the flour with baking powder and cocoa.
Mix the yolks with a pinch of salt and sugar.
Add rum, oil and the milk.
Fold the dry ingredients and let the dough aside for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 degree C, lining oven tray with baking paper. My tray is square with sides of 35 cm.
Pour the white batter into the tray, place it with the spoon into small piles with spaces between them.
Then put the dark batter in the remaining spaces, in between white piles of white batter.
Bake in the biscuit in the preheated oven for 20-25 min and let it cool down.
Prepare syrup by putting the milk to a boil with sugar and after you take it from the stove add vanilla.
Pour the hot milk over the sponge with and leave it to cool completely.
When the cake was cooled put a layer of whipped cream on top and level it.
To keep the contrast between colors can shave some chocolate over the cake and you serve it.
