Spring potatoes with meatballs

I present you today with a new way to prepare spring potatoes with meatballs and an amazing sauce. It's such an easy recipe but so tasty and I invite you to prepare it too and let me know your thoughts. And you can watch I how I prepare it in the video below, it has English subtitle so I hope it is ok.

800 gr spring potatoes
fresh parsley
2 spring onions
4 cloves of garlic
100 ml of white wine
100 gr oatmeal flakes
200 gr of cooking cream
700 gr minced chicken meat
2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 ou
Salt and pepper to taste
a little bit of oil

Peal the potatoes and wash them well, if they are too large, cut them in half and boil them in the water for 5 minutes. Drain well and mix it with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper.

Onion and parsley are finely chopped and mixed with minced meat and crushed garlic . Gradually add oatmeal flakes, half of  the wine, the egg, half of the tomato paste, salt and pepper, and mix and keep for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Form the meatballs and place them in a pan (grease the pan) along with potatoes in circles.

Bake everything at 200 grade C for 30 minutes.
For the sauce mix the cooking cream, rest of wines, rest of tomatoes paste, salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the baked potatoes and meatballs and cook for another 15 minutes.

So  this was my recipe for today and I honestly can say that this meal is amazing. It smell and taste so delicious and it is great with a green salad.
