Orange and chocolate cake

I made this cake with fresh orange juice and it was amazing, I really hope you will prepare it.

Sponge cake
2 eggs
10 tbsp sugar
10 tbsp flour
10 tbsp milk
7 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
orange zest
pinch of salt

4 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
sweet crackers

1 cup chocolate
1 tbsp vegetable oil

I started the preparation of this cake with the sponge cake.
I mixed the eggs with a pinch of salt and after that with sugar until this almost melted and the eggs changed the color.
Add next the oil, gradually.
Add orange zest, milk and vanilla sugar.
Incorporate flour and baking powder.
Pour the batter in a round shape tin with the diameter of 26 cm, lined with baking paper.
Bake the sponge cake in the preheated oven at 350 F for about 15 min, but do the toothpick test.
Let it cool down.

Squeeze the oranges. Mix the sugar with cornstarch and with the orange juice.
Boil this mixture on the stove, on low heat, mixing with a whisk until will be thick.
Let it cool down.
Brake the crackers in smaller pieces and mix them with the filling.
Pour the mixture over the sponge cake and let it set.

Melt the chocolate with milk and butter on the stove, on low heat.
Pour this over the filling and let the cake until the next day in the fridge.

Decorate the cake with orange slices and grated chocolate.
Serve it with family and friends
