Spinach and ham pie

I invite you to make this spectacular spinach appetizer, very simple to cook, very tasty and with a sensational appearance!



2 cups flour
1 tbsp fresh yeast/7 gr dry
1 tablespoon cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tbsp salt

The dough of this pie already gives me ideas for a lot of other fillings, it is a dough so fluffy, so tasty, worth a try!

For the filling

1 cup thawed spinach and well drained
2 very finely chopped onions
 g grated cheese
1/2 cup gr cream
3-4 slices of minced chicken ham
pepper to taste

Dissolve the yeast with a little warm milk and add over all the flour, then add the other ingredients one by one, mixing well to incorporate. The result is a fluffy dough that is left to stand for 30 minutes.

The filling is prepared by mixing the spinach with the onion, the cheese, the cream and the ham. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the dough into two equal parts and spread round sheets, with the diameter as the base of the cake pan. (26 cm)
Place the first sheet on our round tray, then place the spinach filling, and the next sheet.
Now place a glass, mouth down, in the center of our tray, and cut the dough around the glass as you mark the clock quadrant.

Roll the dough strips three times.

Garnish with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame.
Put it in a hot oven at 350 F, until it is baked and browned.
