Blackberry cake

It is summer and we have so many wonderful fruits and would be a shame not do prepare a dessert with them. And today it came the turn of blackberry, you know the blackberry? sweet-sour fruits, rich in vitamin C, the ones you cannot stop eating once you started?! yeh, those ones!
Now let me tell you a little bit about the cake, the crust is delicious because of the butter, very flavorful and the filling is amazing too, gooey and tasty







Ingredients 

Crust
  • 250 gr flour
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125 gr cold butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3-4 tablespoons of cold water
Filling

  • 500 gr blackberry, minus those eatend by me :(
  • 70 gr sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 10 gr vanillinated sugar
Directions
  • mix the flour, sogar and baking powder
  • add the cold butter cut in small pieces and the egg
  • mix all with the hand and if necessary add water one tablespoon at the time until the dough holds together when pressed.
  • mix the berry with the sugar, the cornstarch and the vanillinated sugar
  • butter the tray (dimension of it 21 x26 cm) and spread on all the surface half of the dough pressing with the hands
  • add the berry mixture and sprinkle the other half of the dough in one layer
  • bake for 40 min in the preheated oven at 180 degree C/ 356 F 
  • let it cool and serve
