Cucumber salad and cous-cous

The salads cannot miss from the table at any meal is better if I have a salad. This particular salad is very fresh and very filling and like any other salad is very simple to prepare.
This summer is very very hot so this salad is more that welcomed because I cannot eat ..the watermelon was my friend in the last days.








Ingredients (4 servings) 
1 fresh cucumber (aprox 400 gr)
150 gr cous-cous
1 parsley
juice of a small lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbs garlic powder
100 gr feta cheese
salt and pepper


Directions

Cook the cous-cous according to the instructions from the package.
Cut the cucumber in slices and them in quarters.
Cut the parsley finely.
Prepare the dressing by mixing the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Mix everything and crumble the cheese.


Fresh and very filling salad!!!
