Yogurt pie

Wonderful pie with yogurt, who does not like it! I admit that we love it,  which is why today a yogurt and raisins pie has appeared on the Happy Dish Club website,  among other wonderful dishes.
It is not difficult to prepare, we do not need who knows-what sophisticated ingredients, but the result, yyyeeeiiii result is DELICIOUS !!
I used thin sheets of pie (phyllo pastry), that we find in almost all supermarkets and have a very good price, yogurt with more fat, many eggs and sweetened whole composition with sugar and give it flavor with vanilla sugar and raisin, because without raisin is not yogurt pie.

          400 gr thin phyllo pastry
          300g sugar
          2 tbsp semolina
          900 gr fat yogurt
          7-8 eggs
          3 envelopes vanilla sugar
          approximately 100 ml of oil
          to use powdered sugar to dust

Prepare a tray (size 38 x 38 cm) grease it with oil and baking paper.
I mixed the eggs with a pinch of salt, caster sugar and vanillated sugar, add yogurt and raisins.
We place a few sheets of pie in the tray and they brush with oil, pour the yogurt filling and sit a few sheets of phyllo pastry brushed with oil and and yogurt filling, and so on until you finish both, finally finished with filling of  yogurt.
Bake in the oven at 180 C for 40-45 min.
Remove the tray from the oven, cover with a towel / clean towel and let it cool.
Serve with powdered sugar.
